NFL hopefuls and other athlete news

Future NFL hopefuls are working hard at DTS. Long days and hard work are already paying off in one week. We had a linebacker take 3 tenths off his pro shuttle going from a 4.6 to a 4.3 and a running back going from a 4.3 to a 4.0. This running back also ran a consistent 1.5 second 10 yard dash along with hitting a 1.47 second 10 yard dash twice! The great thing is they still have 4 more weeks!! Check out this 58" Box Jump below during one of their training sessions!

Zach M. has been the 5th DTS trained athlete to box jump 56" this is an amazing feat of explosiveness and I'm not sure of any other sports training facility in the nation who has recorded these results on tape. Not to mention 3 out of the 5 kids are high school kids! Check out Zach and the other athletes below who are jumping onto a 56" or higher box:

Lacrosse season is about to kickoff and DTS trained athlete and former high school All American Jake Bernhardt is working hard and will be on the second line midfield for the University of Maryland. Look for Jesse Bernhardt to make a big impact this year as well for Lake Brantley. Jesse will join his brother at Maryland for lacrosse as well.

Congratulations to Alton Meeks and Misha Steen who placed first in their weight classes for wrestling. Alton wrestled at the Tulsa Nationals along with Misha who won the Northeast Championship Nationals.
